Sleeved Swivel Head  Chrome swivel head lock rotates 360° allowing for easy access in tight applications. Lock features a weather seal external o-ring for additional weather protection and a 5/8” stainless steel sleeve. Works great on OEM hitches. Fits 1/2” or 5/8” applications. Lifetime Guarantee.
