The Simplicity Plus is the answer for a low cost awning! Extremely durable, this vinyl awning is available with cream or white weatherguard. Features a heavy-duty aluminum roll bar. Available in 10' to 21' with 8' projection. Five year limited warranty; 2 year 100% parts, labor, and freight on vinyl fabric; 4 hour factory turn around on parts. Colors: Black/Gray, Bordeaux, Burgundy/Blue, Jade, Ocean Blue, Sierra Brown, Teal, or White. Weatherguard available in white or cream only.

The Hardware (sold separately): Durable contoured arms, as rugged as the more expensive brands. The arm storage lock features a “quick snap” strap for ease of use. Simplicity Plus' push button arm height adjustment (no handle) is easy to use and blends into the arm for a sleek look. Mounting brackets are the same as the Spirit FX and Fiesta, except they have a mill finish. Single-track slider on inside of hardware channel eliminates binding.
