Comes with 35" tall skirting with sliding eyelets for flexibility in attachment points and sewn in Velcro® on side panels for the best seal. Available in white or cream. Ordering Information: Carefree rooms always measure 1'-6" shorter than stated size. Stated sizes correspond to awning sizes. To purchase a room for an 18' awning, order an 18' Add-A-Room, which will measure 1'-6" shorter, or 16'-6". This allows the awning to overhang the Add-A-Room at each end. You can also select a room that is any size shorter than the full length of your awning. For example, a 14' room for a 20' awning (actual room would be 12'-6" long).

Universal Side Panels fit 95% of all RVs (Awning rail to ground measurements from 100" to 138"), so when you trade your unit, you can keep your Add-A-Room and it should fit your new coach as long as it is the same profile and the awning is the same size or longer than your current awning.
